Women Empowerment

 Women Empowerment: The Rashtriya Jharkhand Seva Sansthan, a local NGO, has launched a community development initiative at Pahalwan Ashram Bhakhra, Satgawan, Koderma. The project connects rural women to self-employment opportunities by training them to craft incense cups (धूप कप) and diyas (दीये) from cow dung. This innovation not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also spreads awareness about cow protection.
