CM Soren Felicitates Two DCs for PM Award for Excellence
CM Hemant Soren congratulated the DCs of Seraikela-Kharsawan and Gumla districts for winning the PMβs Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2025. The Gamharia Block (Seraikela) topped the Aspirational Block Program nationwide. The CM stressed continued innovation and effective service delivery to the grassroots.
